After searching for more than a year, I found the perfect RV for me at Stream--a 1997 Born Free Built-for-Two. From the first phone contact to the day I drove it off the lot, Wayne was helpful, informative and patient (with my many questions). I drove it 500 miles to New Jersey with only one small, easily fixable issue (a sideview mirror arm was loose). I highly recommend the Stream team and I will refer any travel-bound friends to them!

My husband and I bought an RV from Stream in July, 2021. The experience was enjoyable and we have been very pleased with the RV. The service was attentive and took care of a few special requests. We had solar installed on our Winnebago. The folks at Stream are second to none in our eyes. They listened to our needs, worked with us to stay in budget, the work was done on time and in budget. We are in their area every summer & will use them again as needed.

I purchased a 1998 Roadtrek 190 from this dealer on 7/24/20 after a long online search and the transition from their ownership to mine was very smooth. the vehicle was delivered to me a week later for a fee of a dollar a mile and, since I live 170 miles away from them, I considered that a bargain.

As I went over the RV to familiarize myself with it, I could not find the potable water drain plug and called Jason Segnere, the Service Manager, for help. He promptly sent me a YouTube video showing an alternate drainage through the hot water heater; and when a thorough search yielded no jack, he immediately had one sent from Amazon.

It is clear to me that, in addition to selling used RVs, Stream RV and its principals are committed to maintaining customer satisfaction even after the sales are consummated. I would be happy to deal with them in the future should the need arise, and recommend them highly to others.

This may seem strange to see a review written after just dropping off my Rialta prior to work being done... BUT I am so impressed with the professionalism of Stream from my first phone call to their time with me today as I related a couple of repairs needed. I am super confident that I will be soon writing with songs of praise of their fine work on my Rialta. It is so worth the drive from Pittsboro to go to an establishment with such a good reputation and service minded folks.

A belated THANK YOU to Jason, Wayne, and service team at Stream RV! After over a year of searching we found our 2000 Roadtek 190 Versatile in May 2020 thanks to Wayne. Because of time and distance we reserved the unit sight unseen, Wayne worked with our schedule meeting us on a Sunday. The vehicle was just as described and we finalized our plans for pickup later in the week after some finishing details by their service team. In October I discovered a leak in the water line between the hot water heater and furnace. I spoke with Jason and he set me up with an immediate appointment for repairs while I waited. The repairs were made and the bill was more than reasonable. We have just returned from Florida...one of the many trips taken since our purchase. I have received many comments on "Cozy Rosy" as we have camped and I have referred several folks to Stream RV and will continue to do so. Great guys, Great Service!!

I know this is primarily a RV repair shop but they do on occasion sell units. I purchased one from Wayne and Jason. Pre-purchase re-conditioning is top notch. They check and repair or replace everything they can find. I felt very confident in their work after inspecting the unit myself. Of course there are no guarantees but the level of attention is very high. I also feel like they will stand behind their work. If I do need any future repairs that I could not complete myself I would not hesitate to bring it in for them to service. We took are Jayco Alante to Stream RV our rear A/C quite cooling. After checking it out they told us they would have to order a new air conditioner. In less than 2 weeks they installed a new one and we were able to start camping again. This was awesome since with all the Covid problems we were very amazed to have it fixed so fast. Jason was great to work with, Alex was awesome he kept us posted on updates. We highly recommend Stream RV for any problems you may have.

I needed some creative fixes made to my Roadtrek (fabricated battery box to replace one rusted out, evaluate and fix or replace a rusted hot water heater, drill out and replace some exterior screws) as well as some typical maintenance items. They were professional throughout, kept me apprised of progress, cost and timings, and delivered exceptional work. I'm grateful for their overall professionalism and quality work and will be a returning customer. Very highly recommended!

Stream RV is first Class. I have used them twice now.

Once on my 4 Star horse trailer with living quarters following damage to the waste water plumbing which was torn off after the trailer bottomed out. Not only did Stream RV repair the damaged system, they first redesigned it so that similar damage would be much less likely in the future.

I also brought them an older (2003) 4 Star trailer with sub optimal electric magnetic brakes. These brakes had been sub-optimal since I bought the trailer used. We decided that the brakes should be replaced and I opted to go with the addition of electric over hydraulic disc brakes. I am very happy with this decision. The new system was installed professionally in a timely fashion and the brakes perform magnificently.

I purchased my 2004 Chinook from these guys about 3 months ago. It was a pleasure to work with Wayne who answered all of my questions. They had the smaller sized RVs that I was looking for and everything on the lot was in fabulous condition. I found the RV of my dreams - after a 2 year search. I have put 3000 miles on it and loved every minute I've spent in it. I had a couple of issues/questions right after purchase and Jason was great at sorting out and resolving them quickly. I will certainly have all my maintenance done at their shop. So lucky to live to close to this shop.

The A/C went out on our travel trailer and we needed to find somewhere close to home to get it repaired. I called up Stream RV and spoke with Jason. Jason was very helpful and friendly and he scheduled an appointment for us right away. We have a service contract and Jason handled dealing with them directly. All we had to do was pay the $100 deductible online and Jason took care of the rest. I love that they can do everything online and through text messaging. It really makes everything so much easier. As a newbie RV owner I am thrilled to have found a repair shop so close to home that I can rely on. If you need repairs to your RV I would highly recommend giving Stream RV a try.

Jason and Stream RV helped to save the day when I couldn't figure out how to finish my AC installation less than a week before leaving for a cross country road trip to relocate to the west coast! They went above and beyond to not only respond to my inquiry ON A HOLIDAY, but then to both commit to and follow through with finishing the installation within a few days. Their communication was excellent in keeping me updated on progress and explaining what the root cause of the issue was. I highly recommend their service to any and everyone looking to have work done on their RV! They're only a short drive from the Durham/Raleigh area, their work is very fairly priced, and you can tell they care deeply about providing for their customers (unlike some of the big chain options in the area). If I could give more than 5 stars I would, and can only hope to find someone half as great after my move!

We chose to check out Stream RV to get a damage estimate after another camper company gave us the run around for months! I called on a Friday afternoon and spoke with Jason, he was super friendly and willing to help. We took our camper over on Friday evening had a great no contact drop off due to the Corona-virus. Jason followed up the next week with details along each step and had us an estimate within that week. We were very satisfied with everything they provided and we definitely recommend anyone to check them out because we will go back in and the future!

Bought a b t cruiser from Wayne. Generally happy with the sale. Before leaving the lot, I should have actually operated each system myself, for I am having trouble with the water heater. I finally found the bypass valve that allowed water to be pumped into the heater, but the igniter isnt snapping and the propane isnt flowing. We are in Illinois, and have given up on figuring out the problem ourselves. The telephone answering service is clunky and staticy. Leaving a message doesnt seem possible.

I almost had a guy friend come with me to Stream RV because I was so fed up with it and thought I may have better chances with a man.Not once did I feel belittled or patronized by Wayne. I am a 72 year old woman and I bought my Born Free last week from Stream RV. From the start, Wayne answered all my questions, especially the "What Ifs". Not once did Wayne indicate any impatience over the phone while I pummeled him with questions. The day before delivery, Wayne called telling me the calipers and rotors had to be replaced in the front and had to delay. OK, cares about his customers. BUT, after he got here, about 100 miles he tells me the brakes are still wonky and he thinks the new calipers were bad. So, I make an appointment with the local brake guy, and two days later the brakes are re-repaired and Stream RV picks up the tab. I am most impressed with the integrity of this Man and his business. I recommend Stream RV highly and encourage other elderly women with itchy feet to give them a go.

I was traveling through Raleigh and stopped to get my Lance Camper charging system tested. I had dead batteries previously and replaced the batteries (recommended by another dealer). Stream repaired the problem by bypassing the isolator. A Lance dealer later found a blown fuse. When I notified Jason at Stream he gave me a full refund. Excellent customer service.

They went above and beyond to help us! We were leaving in less than a week for a beach camping trip. I called Jason bright and early Thursday morning... freaking out bc the AC was wigging out in our 2017 Surveyor travel trailer. I live 15 minutes from here and was ecstatic that I found a local place for service (we purchased 45 minutes away at a very large dealer and its always so hard to get in and out quickly there for service, I needed close or someone who can make a house service call)... Jason told me to bring it right in. Hubby dropped it off and within just a few hours Jason was calling me telling me the problem and that the part has been ordered... itll be there Monday. Monday morning (today)... they came in early to repair AC and to run it for several hours to ensure no more leaks. We leave Wednesday, and Jason understood the magnitude of urgency here... that I needed to back ASAP so I can pack it too. I am so happy we found a local place!!! Jasons communication was also amazing (and I have a degree in communication so most people dont impress me on this level... hahaha)... I sent him an email on Friday about some things and he called me within minutes to address my concerns that they would run it for several hours after replacing thermostat, sensor and control board to ensure no leak, and promised me they will not just put a band-aid on it if theres a bigger problem.They even filed all my warranty paperwork for us!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!
