How can I be sure I'm purchasing from (or selling to) a reputable dealer?

Does the RV I'm purchasing come serviced and with a safety inspection?

All vehicles have gone through a North Carolina safety (and emissions when required by law) inspection.

Can I get an extended warranty on one of your RVs?

Depending on the RV you select, there may be a extended warranties available for purchase.  Ask us about extended warrany options.

Should I just buy from a private owner instead?

There can certainly be a few diamonds in the rough however we have found that often times even RVs that appear to be in pristine condition need a little TLC. There are many appliances and systems on RVs and each one needs to be checked and serviced. This can be a challenging or unwanted task for the average RV buyer. All of our pre-owned RVs are thoroughly reconditioned atStream RV we ensure that the RVs we sell are not only mechanically sound but visually appealing as well.

I am interested in buying an RV but I live far away, will you do a live walkaround with me to answer my questions?

Yes, please contact us and a sales representative will do a live walk around with you, just like you were here!

What paperwork will I receive and what is the deposit requirement to start my purchase?

Once you choose your RV, we require a $1,000.00 deposit to mark it 'sale pending'. We will then work with you to set up an appointment (or delivery) to complete the sale and provide you with the documents needed to transfer ownership and register the RV.

Do you take trade-ins on RVs?

We accept motorhomes, travel trailers and just about any auto, truck, or SUV as a trade in. The amount we offer you on trade will depend on mileage, options, and condition.  If you owe money on your trade we will pay it off and pay to you any positive equity. If you owe more than we offer you, you would be responsible for paying us the negative equity at the time of sale and we will then pay off the balance of your loan.

I don't want to buy anything, will you still buy my RV?

Absolutely! We purchase many RVs from customers that no longer have a need for them or just want to sell! We will even pick your RV up from your driveway and we will be happy to meet you at your bank or another location of your choosing to complete the purchase!

You are in North Carolina, how can I sell you my RV when I am hundreds or even thousands of miles away?
